Among fish, one of my favorite fish is Salmon, its tastier than the kingfish and very nutritive in diet. It is little expensive so can afford at-least a month or two, and also depends on its availablity in market. Salmon is the only fish which is very rich in DHA and also omega-3 fatty acid, so it is really a nutritive fish. It is so easy to prepare a salmon fry. I also love the shallow frying. This recipe contains the minimum of ingredients which makes salmon taste better :P
Ingredients for masala paste:
Red Chilli (30 kasmir red chilli)
10 small red chilly
10 pepper corn
1 lemon juice
1/2 tsp of Asafoetida powder (choice, its tasty if added)
Make a fine paste with the above ingredients

Method:
- Marinate the Salmon pieces with the masala paste, Add salt as per taste.
- Keep the marinate for 10 mins.
- Now take a pan, grease with coconut oil and Shallow fry the Salmon on both sides till done.
- Serve along meals :)
