Today I thought of making something innovative while making a Raita. Most time we add vegetables along yogurt.
I added fried paneer cubes & capsicum along , grated carrot, tomato fine chops, Onion chops, 5 stands of mint leaves finely chopped, and coriander leaves fine chop. Mix all the ingredients along the fresh yogurt. Add salt as per taste and a tbsp of chat masala. It is just a YUMMM... Try one ;)
