Scrambled Egg Chicken Soup

Grandmothers have known for centuries,  that chicken soup is good for colds. But what is it about chicken soup that makes it such a health-booster? Never underestimate the power of homemade chicken soup, it is much more better than the outdoor soups you have in restaurants. I have used the whole organic chicken stock. And blended it with some simple spices, chicken pieces & scrambled egg. This soup is always a hit at my house and seems to get anyone cheered up. Try one for yourself you ll surely love this as a stater at your meals :)

Chicken stock 4 cups
1 tbsp chopped Ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic 
2 green chilli diced
1 tbsp kasturi methi
1/2 tbsp chat masala 
2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce
1 fist full finely chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
1/2 tbsp corn powder mixed in a little of water
2 tbsp olive oil
  • Take a vok, add oil; fry the ginger garlic, green chillies for 2-3 mins.
  • Now add chicken pieces, fry well, add the egg and scramble well under medium fire.
  • Now add tomato chilli sauce, saute for 2-3 mins, add the kasturi methi, coriander leaves ,chat masala and fry well for 2 mins.
  • Now add the chicken stock, add salt to taste, corn water and bring to a boil.
  • Serve hot before meal.
  • Delicious scrambled egg chicken soup is all ready.
  • It is better to have chicken soup, 30 mins before meal.
