Pepper Chicken



This is for 500 gm boneless chicken
3 tbsp pepper powder (I made a fresh fine power from pepper corn)
3 big onions chopped
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp ginger paste
3 green chilli fine chopped
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato chilli sauce 

Method:
  • Fry the green chilli, ginger garlic paste, saute till the raw smell is gone. 
  • Now add the chopped onions, fry till it turn transparent, to this add the soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato chilli sauce, salt to taste and fry well for 2-3 mins.
  • Add the fried chicken, mix well. Now add the pepper powder and saute well for 3-5 mins.
  • Serve as a side dish along meals. 
  • This is really a yummy dish, and one of my favorites.
