Shredded chicken-Egg Fried Rice

Fried rice is always an easy make. Important thing to remember in making a fried rice is it should be processes under a medium or high flame as ingredients don't need to be cook for long intervals. Most of the vegetables added into it should be crispy when done. Rice here should be cooked well, and perfect for the make. I prepared a combination of chicken-egg. Make one and enjoy having along your family.

Ingredients
Basmati Rice (cooked)-2cups
Eggs (seasoned with pepper and salt and scrambled)-4
Cooked shredded chicken pieces 1/2 cup [I took few cooked chicken which was sauted in ginger-garlic paste, onions]
Spring onions 1/2 cup
Carrot (finely chopped small cubes)-1/2cup

2 green chilli chopped fine
Tender beans (finely chopped)-1/2cup
Garlic cloves (chopped)-8
Soy sauce-1/2tsp
Vinegar -1/2tsp
Pepper powder and Salt to taste

Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic, green chilli, carrot,spring onions and beans. Stir fry for a minute or two under high flame.
Add the scrambled eggs & shredded chicken and fry for 3 min, now add soya sauce, vinegar saute well.
Finally add cooked rice and season with salt and pepper powder.
Serve hot with Chicken curry, Chicken pepper chilly/manchurian anything of your choice.
