Bhelpuri/ Bel-puri is a savoury Indian snack, and is also a type of chaat. It is made out of puffed rice, vegetables and a tangy tamarind sauce or sweet mint sauce, some even top it with yogurt. The mixture just gives a fastastic taste.
You can make one in home, and believe me it taste best ever than the one you eat outside :)
