KingFish (Surmai) fry is my favorite among fishes :P. Today tried making green masala for the fry. This fish fry is spicy due the green chilly. This is a simple basic preparation that enhances its natural flavor. While frying the fish see that you keep the flame medium, this keep the masala green in color. You can also marinate the fish and keep in fridge for 30 to 45 mins, it will taste still more good!! :)
Kingfish -1 medium cut into thin slices
Lime wedges for garnishing
Green Masala Paste:
Grind the following ingredients into thick fine paste-
Coriander leaves - 1 large bunch, cleaned and chopped

Turmeric - 1/2 tsp

Add salt to taste
[You can add little of corn flour to make the paste thicker, according to your consistency]
