This is a very simple recipe. The Ajwain taste in the chicken fry is just awesome. Make one and am sure you too will love it :)
1/2 kg chicken
Masala paste:
1 tbsp ajwain, 5 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 small tbsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp chat masala powder, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp fine rice flour, salt to taste, 1/2 cup yogurt.
Masala paste:
1 tbsp ajwain, 5 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 small tbsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp chat masala powder, 2 tbsp corn flour, 2 tbsp fine rice flour, salt to taste, 1/2 cup yogurt.
- Mix well and make a thick masala paste.
- You can adjust the chilli powder and rest content as per you preference.
- Add the chicken pieces and marinate for around 1 hour.
- Deep fry the chicken marinade.
- Serve as a side dish along meal.
