Sharjah Milk Shake

A yummy milk shake that is very nutritious and filling too. Sharja milk shake with dates as its main ingredient along banana gives it an exotic flavor. Sugar can be added less here, as dates and banana add to the sweetness in the drink.

Banana -1,  Chilled Milk – 1 cup (Keep raw pasteurized milk in freezer until chilled), Boost or Any Chocolate Flavored Drink Mix (I used Chocolate horlicks) - 1 big tsp, Sugar – 2 small tbsp
Cardamom crushed – 1, Water -1/2 cup.

  • Add Bananas,Sugar,Water,Cardamom and Chocolate horlicks to a mixer and blend well.
  • Now add chilled milk and blend for just 2 seconds.
  • Sprinke 1/4 tsp of sugar to the mixture and mix it lightly using spoon.
