I love fish fry. When it comes to varieties in making a fish fry, rawa fry is one of my favorites. The masala here is very simple and you can make it very quickly.
Ingredients:
Cleaned sardine
Byadagi red chilli- 20-25 no's
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 marble size tamarind
Rawa to fry
salt as per taste
Chilli paste:
Soak Byadagi red chilli (20 no's) in warm water for 10 mins, then grind it to find paste adding 1 small marble size tamarind and little water. Grind it to very smooth paste.

Method:
- To the chilli paste, add 1 tbsp turmaric powder, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste.
- Marinate the fish in this paste for 10 mins.
- Coat the marinate along rawa and gently deep fry the sardines.
- Serve along meals.
- This fry also makes a lovely combination alone tomato rasum too. It is simple but quite delicious and healthy too ;)
