Boneless Chicken Kebab Fry

Chicken Kebab or Kabab recipes mostly are the skewed and grilled or tandoor variety where the chicken chunks are marinated in special spices and then grilled on skewers or cooked in tandoor. This is so even though the word Kabab or Kebab in Arabic actually means fried meat and not grilled meat.
This Chicken Kebab recipe is different here the marinated chicken are fried instead of being grilled. And it tastes heavenly as I have added along it very fine chop of curry leaves, mint leaves & Garlic. When you taste this kebab you will love the blend of the curry leaves, mint and garlic piece along chicken. Try it one today ;)

Ingredients:
Curry leaves finely chopped 3 tbsp
Mint leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
Garlic finely chopped 2 tbsp
1 tbsp garam masala powder
1 tbsp cumin power
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Chilli powder as per your consistency
Corn flour 3 tbsp (for binding)
Fresh Yogurt
Salt to taste
Mix the contents well adding little by little yogurt, so that you get a thick paste.

Chicken pieces boneless - 1/4 kg

Method:
  • Mix all the above ingredients well along chicken pieces & marinate the chicken for 30 mins.
  • After marination (I kept for 1 hour), deep fry the chicken pieces gently into oil.
  • Serve along meal as side dish.
