Sardine Garlic pepper fry

Sardine medium/big once.
Grind to fine paste- 1/2 cup pepper corn, 12 garlic flakes, 1/2 tb sp jeera;  now mix the paste along 3-4 tbsp corn flour, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder; make the paste thicker by adding corn; add salt to taste.

Method:
  • Clean the Sardine.
  • Marinate the sardine in paste and keep aside for 10 min.
  • Coat it using rava, it tastes yumm.
  • Shallow fry in a pan and serve along rice and fish curry/ rasam.
