Chicken kurma
For 1 kg chicken...
Masala: cinamom 2 barks medium, 3 cloves, 2 tb slp poppy seeds, 1 tb sp shahi jeera,2 tb sp coriander seeds, 1/4 fenugreek seeds, red chilli 10-12, roast them all till u smell their aroma, fry 1 medium onion till brown & 4-5 garlic flakes,tamarind pulp medium, medium ginger, 1 coconut grated,grind them to smooth paste....
make a paste of cashew and keep aside...
Now fry chopped onion 2-3 big, smashed garlic 6-7, 1 tb sp jeera for 10 mins, half lemon juice....salt to taste..add chicken pieces with consistent water and cook 3/4 till 15 mins..
when 3/4 of chicken is cooked, add cashew paste and stir for few min..now add the masala and cook till boil for 10 mins more (add water according to gravy consistency u need)... better it is semi thick... add chopped coriander leaves.... finally done :)
