Beetroot fried rice

Most colored vegetables are highly rich in antioxidants. When
Onion 2 chopped, 1/2- yellow, red and green capsicum sliced longitudinal, 1/2 - beetroot sliced longitudinal, 1 carrot sliced longitudinal, garlic 6- smashed, jeera 1 tbsp, green chillies 3 finely chopped, green cardamom 3 pods, 1 tbsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp chat masala powder, 3 tbsp raisens, coriander leaves finely chopped, salt to taste.
 Main vegetables taken
Take a pan, add 4 tb sp oil, fry garlic, green chillies, cardamom, onions.
When onions turn golden brown divide the content into two.
To one content add garam masala powder, stir for a minute, then add beetroot and fry under high flame for 5 mins. Add salt to taste and keep aside.
To another content add the carrots,add raisens, fry under high flame for 5 mins, then add red, yellow & green capsicum and fry for 2-3 mins, add 1 tb sp chat masala powder. Add salt to taste and keep aside. [check the video]

Now take a deep bottom vessel add the cooked rice, 2-3 tb sp ghee, and mix it along with both the beetroot and capsicum fried contents under high flame. Mix well add salt only if needed. Now garnish it with finally chopped coriender leaves. Serve along raitha.
