RAINBOW rice pulao


2 cups basmati rice,  3 finely chopped onions, 3 green chillies finely chopped, 1 big tbsp jeera, 10 no's cashew nuts,badam. 7-8 garlic finely chopped, 2 small carrots logitudinally chopped,  1 small green, yellow, red capsicum longitudinally chopped, small purple cabbage, 3-4 baby corn sliced round,  fist full of fenugreek leaves, soya sauce 3 tbsp,  2 deseeded tomato finely chopped, coriander leaves, garam masala powder 1 big tbsp, salt to taste.

Add 4 cups of water to 2 cups of basmati rice, cook till done. Spread the cooked basmati on a plate & keep aside. See that you dont over cook the rice.

Method:
1. Cut all the required vegetable as per your choice..
2. Take a big khada/pan fry finely chopped garlic, green chillies, jeera, cashew & badam paste.....[I hav'nt used ginger in this recipy]
3. Add chopped onions, carrot , capsicum , purple cabbage, baby corn, Fenugreek leaves ...fry them for 5 mins at high flame..[ Let them be crispy and not cooked more]
4. Last add tomatoes, soya sauce, garam masala power & salt, sauté well for another 5 mins...
5. Add the boiled rice and mix well with 3 tb sp Ghee. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves...... READY TO EAT :P

[ PN : Dnt cook the vegetables let them be crispy as its lovely when u eat them finally....also highly nutritive :P ]
