Chop red,yellow,green capsicum, onion into small cubes, baby corn is a choice.
Marinate the chicken corn flour, rice flour, 1 tsp chilly powder, salt and ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil and shallow fry the chicken pieces till it becomes light golden colour and keep it aside.
Heat 2tsp oil in a kadai, add onion saute till it becomes light golden brown.
Add 2 chopped green chilli, 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder, finely chopped ginger-garlic; saute for a minute under medium flame.
Add fried chicken pieces, and mix well.
Cook it for 5 minutes. Finally add tri colored capsicum, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp tomato sauce, salt to taste and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
