Mint-masala Charmuri

Charmuri/Masal Mandakki/ Puffed Rice is my all time favorite, when coming to chat list. Today tried making some research in kitchen for making a chat, he he... Final result was all ended up in second plate. :P I made mint masala (sweet/spicy); which was a freshly prepared one, followed by rest of the ingredients. The mint, green chilly and sweetness in chat was just terrific. As here all the ingredients are fresh, it is also good health wise. Try making one, and I am sure, you ll crave for a second plate :D

Ingredients:
Puffed Rice- 2 cups
Mint leaves (separate leaves and tender stem, wash well, take as per ur flavor)

1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chat masala
1 Onion finely chopped
Finely chopped coriander to mix along at last
