Alphabet Pasta

Kids will love to recall spelling out his or her name in steaming bowls of alphabet pasta. For me it is an enduring memory of good comfort food from home, especially I loved making it and also same time enjoyed it for evening tea along family. In this simple pasta, tiny alphabet pasta is cooked in boiling water with little of salt & vegetable oil added into it. The secret to the pasta to stay nonsticky is run it along cold water and drain off excess. Finally mix along with a little of vegetable oil. You can also keep this way cooked pasta in fridge and make whenever needed.
