Spicy Beetroot-Carrot Charmuri

If you visit Mangalore, don't miss Charmuri. It is a snack which you will find in beachside in this city. I remember my childhood days, we had most of it near to my place at Carstreet. Sukkrunde maama's charmuri was all time favorate to everyone who passby in carstreet area.
And charmuri tastes still best when we add green mango pieces in it, they great flavor to the snack. Is can also be made by squeezing some lemon juice, during the off-season when raw mangoes are not available.
Manglorean charmuri is different from other places. And more over it is made spicy too. Since this is a street snack. Quantities are really based on personal preference. I take a bigger plate for myself when having in home :P what about you ?? ;)
