I love fruits mixed along ice cream and also along custard. This sometimes serves as a rich wholesome meal for lunch, when one don't want to have heavy food during summer days. Mover they are very nutritive and makes one feel fresh.
Ingredients:
Fruits of your choice, I took, Apple 1, 1/4 of Pineapple, Pears 1
Custard flavors of your choice, I had Mango, Pineapple & Strawberry flavored.
Sugar
Milk

Method:
- Slice all the fruits.
- Make custard preparation of each flavors, by adding 1 tbsp custard powder mixed in 1/4 cup milk. Add this to 1 1/2 cup milk boiled in 2-3 tbsp sugar.
- Mix well for 3-4 min until you see the mixture getting thickened.
- Cool the custard, then add fruits of your choice.
- Now refrigerate it for 30 min max (you can also keep then for 3-4 days and use whenever you want).
- Now before serving layer each of custard mix, adding dry fruits each time.
- Now enjoy the Chilled Mixed Fruit Custard Delight.
