Malvani Spicy Pomfret Fry

Pomfret Fry is a mouth watering fish recipe. This fry goes well along Mackerel curry along boiled rice, also it makes a great combo along tomato rasam. 

4 Pomfret cleaned and make cuts evenly

Masala paste:
Grind to fone thick paste- Red chilli 15, 8 flakes garlic, 10 pepper corn.

  • To the above paste add- 1 tbsp Malvani masala powder, 1 small tbsp turmeric powder, 1/2 lemon juice, 3-4 tbsp corn flour. Mix the contents well to make a think paste.
  • Now apply the masala well to the fish, see that masala is spear well into the cuts made. 
  • Keep the marinade for 15 min.
  • Deep fry the pomfret and serve along boiled rice and fish curry.
