Mushroom masala


Wash mushroom in warm salt watr and cut each into four...marinate it with garlic paste, pinch of salt and pepper powder for 10 min odd.

  • Take 3-4 tb sp oil in a pan, fry 2 chopped onions, add 1/4 of turmeric powder, 1 small tb sp jeera, smashed 5-6 garlic, and 1 tb sp ginger paste, chopped 3 green chillies, 1 tb sp garam masala powder, fry for 5-10 mins.
  • Add 1 chopped tomato and saute for 5 mins more till they blend well with the masala.
  • Add mushroom, 1-2 tb sp soya sauce and fry it dry for 5 mins.
  • Add salt to taste.

[Dont add water in any process here, mushroom itself will leave water while cooking]
Add corn powder mixed in 1/4 cup water. stir well till its done to a thick semi gravy.. finally add chopped coriander leaves..
