Simple Clam soup

This is a clear & refreshing hot soup.. It is healthy and nutritious and virtually non fat. You can also add spring onions, and chopped spinash leaves along it, to tamper it with Chinese way of making.
 
Clam stock, 1 chopped onion, 1/2 tbsp ajwain, 1/2 tbsp jeera, 1 tbsp chat masala, pinch turmaric powder, 1/2 tbsp pepper powder, 2 green chillies (finely chopped).



  • Fry the green chillies, onions till golden brown, add ajwain, jeera and fry till you smell the aroma, add a pinch of turmaric powder, salt to taste. 
  • Add the Clam stock, pepper powder, chat masala powder, bring to a boil.
  • To make the soup thick you can also opt for 1/2 tbsp corn powder in little water.
  • Add chopped Coriander if needed.
