Cauliflower capsicum pulao


Boil rice adding 4-5 cloves..salt to taste... when done keep aside...

Fry cauliflower (5-10 min in medium flame) till cripsy along 2-3 finely chopped garlic in 2-3 tb sp oil.. to remove the pungent smell of it and keep aside...

  • In pan fry 1 medium cinnamon , 1 tbsp jeera, ginger-garlic chopped 2-3 tbsp, 3 chopped green chillies , 2 medium onion and fry... add 1 chopped tomato, 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder, salt.
  • Fry for 5-10 min...finally add chopped capsicum, then finally add fried cauliflower and fry again for 5 min.
  • Now mix the mixture along rice.. add 2 tsp ghee ... and mix well... serve along raita/tomato sauce.

Note: here capsicum and cauliflower should be crispy dnt over cook...
Here coriander leaves is not added...
